HUNAWISDOM recognizes the breath as a prime source of mana (life energy). We focus on two powerful modalities, each of which is particularly useful for its purpose.
- Ha Breath Rituals use the breath to create an empowering and balanced connection to the inner Divine nature in each of us. Instruction in the rituals is available in person during special workshops on a donation basis, or by CD or Cassette Tape.
- Ike Breathing Similar to rebirthing, Ike Breathing is an ancient practice that can facilitate an inner journey capable of getting to the deepest corners of buried, traumatic experiences. Vivid memories of past life experiences as well as childhood events including actual memories of birth and prior deaths are common. It facilitates bringing the causes of fear to the surface where they can be healed.
Sessions last several hours, and include time for integration of the experience. Bring pillows and blankets and wear loose comfortable clothing. Ike Breathing is offered only during special workshops. Reservations are required because of limited space.
